Construction Phases
Before you can take a dip in your new swimming pool, there are numerous construction phases that must be completed. Our skilled and creative pool designers work with you to bring your backyard vision to life.
At every stage of the building process, our project managers oversee the construction process to ensure that the highest standards of aesthetics, quality, and durability are met.
All Outdoor Oasis pools are equipped with state-of-the-art pumping and filtration systems from Pentair, as standard. We also offer a broad range of premium equipment to make pool maintenance a breeze and to enhance your pool's overall ambiance.
Step 1: Layout
Pool and component locations are staked out and precisely charted.
Step 2: Excavation
Heavy equipment is used to excavate the pool cavity and shape the surrounding landscaping. The critical earthen form is sculpted
Step 3: Forming
The steel reinforcement structure is assembled and prepared for complete envelopment in concrete.
Step 4: Plumbing & Electrical
Water circulation components are installed, along with light niches and other integral components. All measurements and install equipment are carefully re-checked.
Step 5: Gunite
The Pool Specialists experts pneumatically apply concrete to form a maximum integrity monolithic structure. During this step, finishers form the pool to its precise final size and shape.
Step 6: Tile & Coping
Coping and/or tile are set around the pool perimeter and other areas.
Step 7: Masonry & Stone
Retaining walls and hardscapes are installed and monitored to ensure that the work is accurate and built to last.
Step 8: Equipment Installation
Filters, heater, and mechanical pool equipment are installed.
Step 9: Decking
Retaining walls and hardscapes are installed and monitored to ensure that the work is accurate and built to last.
Step 10: Plaster
A coat is applied to the pool shell with a durable, non-slip surface. A quick, experienced crew smoothes the surface for a beautiful finish.
Step 11: Fencing
Fencing, landscaping, lighting and other final touches are completed.
